La Terraza, by Maribel García Benito, is presented as a mixed media work on wood measuring 110 x 140 cm. The composition shows an interior space with two red armchairs in the foreground, surrounded by a luminous, colorful setting that could suggest a terrace with views to the outside. The geometric lines and vibrant colors seem to build a sense of depth and perspective.

The choice of bright colors and the arrangement of the elements could be interpreted as a connection between interior and exterior, in dialogue with the idea of harmony between human beings and their environment. The mixed media on wood provides a particular texture that enhances the luminosity of the colors and creates a play of light that transforms the represented space.

The work invites us to imagine moments of rest in a contemporary setting and seems to resonate with a search for beauty in the everyday, opening a reflection on modern life and the importance of spaces for pause.
