Isabel Tallos
Isabel Tallos (Madrid, 1983) is a visual artist and contemporary photographer with a solid academic background and a recognized career nationally and internationally. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid, has a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Image, Technology and Design, as well as a Master's in Creative Photography from EFTI, where she obtained the prestigious Roberto Villagraz Scholarship (2008). She also complemented her training with a course in Architectural Infographics at CICE.
Her work has been presented in various group and solo exhibitions in cities such as Cologne (Germany), Madrid, Albacete, Ciudad Real, La Coruña, Toledo and Kaunas (Lithuania), as well as relevant spaces such as the La Salina Exhibition Hall of the Diputación de Salamanca, the Museum of Graphic Work of San Clemente of the Antonio Pérez Foundation and the Kursala of the University of Cádiz.
In 2010 she was recognized as winner of the competition for young artists under 30 years of age at the historic Sala Parés (Barcelona), one of the awards that consolidated her artistic projection.
Isabel Tallos' work is characterized by her ability to integrate creative photography, visual experimentation and conceptual reflection, exploring new narratives around the image and its relationship with technology, space and memory.
