Laia Bedós

Laia Bedós, born in Blanes (Girona) on August 17, 1975, grew up in a family of artists and architects, breathing creativity from childhood. At 16, she already spent hours in her room painting, a space where she could dream, express herself, and find refuge.

Encouraged by her father, an amateur painter, she had the opportunity to receive her first lessons in the studio of the painter Antoni Cerdán, with whom she shared long creative sessions during her high school years.

Trained in Fine Arts, she expanded her artistic journey by exploring contemporary dance, music, and other disciplines that allowed her to find new expressive languages. Over time, she has specialized in representing emotions through painting, also developing a professional focus on emotional education through art.

Her mission is to help individuals and organizations discover painting as a tool to express emotions, improve personal well-being, and foster human connection. Laia Bedós's work is characterized by its emotional charge, plastic honesty, and ability to invite introspection, with the goal of making art a path toward a fuller and more conscious life.
