Ramón Moscardó

Ramón Moscardó

Ramon Moscardó, born in Barcelona in 1953, is a post-impressionist painter whose work has evolved over the years incorporating cubist and expressionist influences. His style is distinguished by a luminous and warm palette, where whites and blues characteristic of Mediterranean painting predominate.

His compositions portray lively costumbrista scenes: sunny squares, cafés and bars from any city in the world, interiors of shops full of objects and characters, and environments where cats and violins coexist as symbols of intimacy and charm.

Moscardó's stroke, undefined yet virtuosic and bold, endows his works with a unique visual magic. Each brushstroke transforms reality into an image charged with atmosphere and emotion.

A tireless traveler, he visits different places in search of new sensations and stories that he later captures on his canvases. His painting connects with the Mediterranean tradition, but at the same time incorporates contemporary nuances that make it accessible and universal, attracting both collectors and art lovers around the world.
